Payment and Delivery


We accept payments in all major currencies from all major credit cards, which are processed instantly by a level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment gateway to help prevent theft & fraud. Additionally, all orders are made through a secure server to guarantee the safety and security of your sensitive information. We also accept payment by PayPal.


Security policy

Our Payment Service Provider is PayPal. PayPal provide a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is PayPal's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

PayPal use a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the PayPal system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

PayPal are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

PayPal are an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

In addition, you know that your session is in a secure encrypted environment when you see https:// in the web address, and/or when you see the locked padlock symbol alongside the URL.

So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.



Delivery/My order

Once your order has been received you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know that everything has gone smoothly and your payment has been accepted.

From here we’ll pick and pack your order, then you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email to let you know your order has been sent out to you.

If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email or our LiveHelp feature so that any necessary amendments can be made. 

Smaller items being delivered within the UK such as t-shirts, caps, socks, skateboard wheels etc are sent using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.95 or for very light items the cost is £1. 

Orders over £50 can be selected to be sent free of charge within the UK but we absolutely reserve the right to charge shipping costs on any items over £50 we see fit and this cost is non-refundable if you decide to return the item you ordered. 

Larger items being delivered within the UK such as skateboard decks, skateboard completes, pairs of shoes etc are sent via DPD Couriers. Tracking information will be sent via email or text by DPD once your order has been collected. 

We aim to have you order to you within 2 working days if not sooner. 

Please note overseas orders are generally sent via Royal Mail or larger items will be sent via courier. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Tracking information can be provided for any order, so if necessary please make a request for it in the special instructions box at checkout, or contact us directly by phone or email. Further information on our shipping policies, costs and methods can be found on our shipping page.

If for some reason your order is not delivered as expected you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to notify us of any issues, We will under no circumstances refund lost or missing orders after the 14 day period. Also if you elect to have your order left in a safe place this is entirely your responsibility and we will no be held liable for any missing orders.
