Returns Policy

If after www.focuspocus.co.uk has accepted an order from you (acceptance will be communicated via e-mail on receipt of an order), and you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may do so by communicating that wish to us within 2 working days of our acceptance.

If you have already received the goods and they are unwanted, you must return the goods to us at your own cost and risk. This will not apply in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

You must also inform us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of placing your order. Failure to do so may result in your return request being denied. 

All returns must be arrive back to us within 30 days of delivery. The 30 day period includes weekends. 

Provided the goods are returned in the same condition as we supplied them to you and in the same undamaged packaging, we shall reimburse all monies, less any shipping charges, paid by you for those goods.

We will not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged when being returned to us. It is your responsibility to return orders that can be tracked and insured to avoid any issues. 

Please note. We are unable to accept skateboard decks that have had the grip tape applied or have complete skateboards that have been assembled buy us. If you are unsure that you will keep the deck you have ordered please select "Do not apply grip tape". 

Please also note that outbound shipping charges are not refundable unless goods are faulty or incorrect. We reserve the right to charge shipping on any products we see fit regardless of the Free Shipping offer which in the event of a return is non refundable.

Refunds will be processed 5-7 working days from the date your order arrives back to us. Please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to reach you from the date the refund has been issued.
