Last dates for shipping to receive your order before Christmas*.

• UK Mainland Courier via DPD. Monday the 22nd of December before midday.
  
  
• Northern Ireland. Royal Mail & Courier, Friday the 19th of December before midday.
  
  
• Europe Standard 3-5 Working : Friday the 12th of December before midday (GMT)
  
• Our Edinburgh store will be open until 5pm on Christmas Eve for Click & Collect orders. 

 

Returns

Christmas orders can be returned until Monday the 12th of January 2025. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Orders returned after this date will not be elgible for a refund and returned to the customer at their expense. 

Please note you are liable for return postage costs and outbound shipping costs are non refundable. We also recommend you send your return via a tracked service as we will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
