Last dates for shipping to receive your order before Christmas*.

• UK Mainland Courier via DPD. Thursday the 21st of December before midday.
  
  
• Northern Ireland. Royal Mail & Courier, Wednesday the 20th of December before midday.
  
  
• Europe Standard 3-5 Working : Friday the 15th of December before midday (GMT)
  
  
• Rest Of The World : Friday the 8th of December before 2pm (GMT) 
  
  
• Our Edinburgh store will be open until 5pm on Christmas Eve for Click & Collect orders. 

Returns

Christmas orders* can be returned until Friday the 12th of January 2024. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Orders returned after this date will not be elgible for a refund and returned to the customer at their expense. 

Please note you are liable for return postage costs and outbound shipping costs are non refundable. We also recommend you send your return via a tracked service as we will not be liable for lost or damaged packages.
